Kanon is a tale about a young boy named Yuuichi who came to live with his aunt in a town he last visited seven years ago. He lived with his aunt Akiko and her cousin Nayuki. At first you may think this town is just like any other town but it's not. A lot of phenomena happens here and Yuuichi is caught in the middle of it all. Yuuchi is a quick witted young man who can make friends with just about anyone especially girls. But the thing that would captivate the viewers most about this anime is the tragedy that awaits Yuuichi. This young man would go through the pain of loosing someone not only once but several times throughout the series. Kanon focuses on the very aspect of life and death but mostly about the value of life. The series would go through several chapters each focusing on a bleak memory of Yuuichi's past. And surely enough all of them resulting in tragedy.
