Step 4 . Now for the chibi's teeth. Make two angled lines near the inner side of the mouth jsut like the image below. Make some slightly zigzag lines from the point of the angle towards the center of the mouth. fill the side angles with black.

Step 5. Making the teeth look real requires shading. To do this you'll need to replicate the zigzag lines you've made above and below the teeth like the image below. Fill it with gray and delete the outer shadow lines. Make a line below the inner part of the mouth and delete the remaining curve line below. See image.

Step 6 . Now we need to make the chibi's eyebrows. You don't necessarily need to follow what I'm doing below. You can make your own if you want to. To make the eyebrow you need to create two lines above the eyes and cuve it using the selection tool. Make two lines again one for each eye and follow the image below. curve the lines when needed.
