Drawing A Chibi Part 3

How to draw a chibi head using flash
Step 7 . Making the hair is easy. Just use the line tool and start making pointy angles. If you're an advance flash user, you can use the flash layer to make the hair easier to adjust. After you've made the hair click every line inside the hair and delete it. Then fill the hair with black. If you feel that the lines on the chibi's face is a little thin try clicking on the lines and adjust the line weight like what I did on the last image.

Step 8 . Now let's make the chibi really look good by making shadows. Shadows are really hard to know where to place so just follow the curves I've made to the image below and fill it with light gray. After filling it delete the curves. With the last image you'll see that I made the chibi's outer lines thicker. Try to do so if you feel your chibi is lacking something.

Step 9 . This is the last step and this step includes a lot of details. The first detail I found missing was the eye shadow. No big deal! just make a few lines, fill it with light gray and delete the lines. Next detail we need is making the hair shine. Make some zigzag lines in the hair like the image below and fill it with white. And the final detail is the darker shade. Make some curves and lines inside the first shadow and fill it with darker gray. If you're having trouble just look at the image below. And there you have it!
